Collaborator dashboard UI redesign

Olivia Carlisle emailed us to ask if there was a way to sort the collections on the collaborator dashboard in alphabetical order. I checked it and it doesn't look that neat. Sara suggested we use the same UI from the new tag list (https://fromthepage.com/browse_tag/Arts). I think we could definitely incorporate some of it into the new design.
