Changes to subject linking UI/UX

While watching Clarity recordings, we came across one that was overwhelming. Basically, the problem here is that you have a page that's a long list of names. You've linked enough names. Now you have to classify all of them.

Screenshot below since Clarity recording links expire after 30 days.

According to Sara: "We designed that assuming only a handful of subjects per page. Not this many." She also said the answer might be to take classifying new subjects out of this flow and put it in a subject view somewhere.
