Discrepancy with number of collaborators

Kathy Jordan of LVA emailed us about a discrepancy with the number of collaborators that appear for them. When she limits the date by 7/1/22 to 6/30/23, she sees 798 collaborators. However, when she downloads the minutes for each user during that time period, there are 850 users listed. I attached the screenshot below, as well as the spreadsheet.

There is another problem report which may be related: Hi there, one of our team members is reviewing the team members' work and they came across a bug perhaps.

You can see that Matthew has spent quite a bit of time in the collection

But when you click his name, it doesn't show any of that activity
