"in scope" metadata showing up in exports even if not edited.

the pdf export metadata has "in scope: true" listed, even though I didn't change/edit the "additional metadata". That is a default value, which is probably why it is set. That seems like a bug. I'm guessing it shows up in other export formats as well.
