Resolves #3179

This translates all of the remaining untranslated Spanish messages so that you shouldn't see any leftover English when you have your locale set to Spanish. It was done via i18n-tasks translate missing and the Google Translate API.

This PR is for reviewing these Spanish messages because they were only translated by Google Translate.
