File upload types unclear

Uploading a file in the "Start A Project" page is titled as "Upload PDF or ZIP File", but PNG, GIF, and JPG files are also acceptable, as shown in the "Page Image Guidelines". To make it more clear to users, all of this information should be in the same place.

Possible solution

Rename the title to something like "Upload files" and make all of the acceptable file types clear in the description under "Upload PDF or ZIP File"
