Project owners converted from transcribers don't receive overnight owner emails

We noticed that when we converted Ana's transcriber account into a project owner, she did not receive any overnight activity emails with collection activity.

Further investigation showed that any account that had been converted to an project owner from a transcriber does not have the "Nightly emails with owned collection activity" option checked in their user profile.

How to reproduce:

1. create a transcriber account
2. As an admin, upgrade that account to an project owner
3. Check the user's profile; see that "Nightly emails with owned collection activity" is not checked.
