Quora now obfuscates their answers server-side, so there's nothing Spectacles can do anymore.
Unfortunately the project is now defunct.

I figured as much.
If the text for answers is still visible to googlebot there may be some User-Agent spoofing that could work to get text instead of blurred images.
Yeah. If they are showing content to Google and not to regular users, however, that's a breach of Google's policies, and I would love to call them on it.
