improvement: support more event types in the activities page

Currently the "events" page only includes push events for Bento and Model, would be great to include additional events in Yatai, including:

• deployment events:
  • deployment created
  • deployment creation succeeded
  • deployment terminated
  • deployment deleted
  • deployment config updated
  • deployment update rollout completed
• cluster component installed / removed
• Bento docker image build succeeded / failed

We will de-prioritize this item to focus on BentoML 1.0 and revisit after 1.0 release.
