Describe the bug

It is not clear in the instructions that deploying from local (downloading torch etc.) is not necessary. That by simply creating the service.py bentofile.yaml and building it is all you need if using cloud. For Users with limited local resources, clarifying this might be a huge selling point. I had to go looking for the build step after getting a config error.
