Your demo doesn't open environment cam on iOS Safari

I can't switch to back-facing camera on iOS Safari using this example:

Also, none of my implementations are able to address 'environment' setting on iOS Safari inside the constructor.

I just spent an hour getting this into place after reading the same article. Alas, "environment" setting still does not work #fail :(
