Don't fail the action if the branch name doesn't match?

Thanks for your GH action. It would be nice if there was an option to not fail the step if the branch name does not match.

Force argument?

It would be good if you could allow a force argument to be passed through to the git call. This will allow existing tags to be re-used. At the moment...

At the moment the `setCache()` only takes a handful of hard coded drivers (filesystem + some popular relational databases). It would be nice to write our own custom driver so...
