I like the idea of a caching strategy for the SimpleCommands, which would invalidate when changing commands.

Yes, Autofac is good, and let me know if it gets tricky.

We've added autofac, but we still need to clean up here.

We may have to leverage whispers to do this.

And the purpose of this is to be the first on screen piece of the bot. More will come later, but this is a great first step.

We could do this in the console application, but we know we're moving to a UI. We'll likely want to wait on this one until we have our UI.

Might want to do this with an operator like `!quote s rigged` so that we could search for a number like `!quote s 1337`. Otherwise it will collide with requesting...
