Duplicate wording caused by URL and quote mark

This line in a todo.txt file

lorem http://example.com/"

is displayed by Todotxt.net v3.2.0 as

lorem lorem http://example.com/"

That's a weird one! I can reproduce it.

Did you mean "can" or "can't"? I've been able to reproduce this bug today.

I meant "can".

I've scheduled some time in my now not-so-crazy schedule for todotxt maintenance, so I'll try to take a look at it after I get the next release out.
