Allow global Tag editing

Would be nice to have a way to modify (rename/delete) the tag globally, rather than doing it repo-per-repo.

One possible solution would be to do it directly via the sidebar.

Just some brainstorming here....

I was thinking that instead of using Chrome storage sync, couldn't you have the plugin create a gist that stores all the data? That way if an Firefox, Opera or Safari extension ever get made, you can still access the same data.

Alternatively, you can create a Google spreadsheet per user using Tabletop.

Either of those methods would allow you to globally edit, add or remove tags easily.
