add support for PCP
PCP is the successor of Nat PMP and extends its usage to pro routers.

- [ ] support rfc6887 and more specifically https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6887#section-10.1 , https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6887#section-10.2 & https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6887#section-11
Note:
For now Restoring Lost Implicit TCP Dynamic Mapping State will not be supported as it's not clear how to handle it equally with upnp. Maybe a simple API exposing capabilities of a driver could be done though.
