feature: checkbox "exclude Through-Hole components"

Hi! It would be very convenient if there were checkbox like "exclude Through-Hole components" in plugin`s menu. It easier to order SMT only assembly in jlcpcb (with manual Through-Hole assembly on customer side ) and easier to check bom file (for pricing) without Through-Hole components. Thank you!
