Lots more statuses (and ability to change statuses) in v0.50!

With v0.50, this feature is not applicable anymore. We have moved to a Parsl-only compute manager, although different kinds of managers are still possible in the future.

I think this was largely addressed in the previous version, and hopefully addressed in v0.50. Likely to become even more moot with pydantic v2 (for example, PR #736)

I had tried to fix these, but there are optimizations that I could not find, ad I don't fully trust the calculations anymore. I have marked the 34 torsiondrive records...

New manager is Parsl-based, which I think does a better job with LSF. But would need additional testing

postgres detection is completely changed in v0.50 and I think it handles this use case. If it still doesn't work correctly, please open a new issue. Thanks!

With v0.50, this should be fixed (although keep in mind v0.50 is very different from 0.15.x)
