Describe the bug Google Play store shows "not available in your country" (which in my case is Sweden)

To Reproduce

1. Set Google account to Sweden
2. Access https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=edu.hm.cs.tape.bbb_app

Expected behavior Be able to download/install app
