Ugh, this is really annoying. We saw the same with cryptography in #464. The `abi3` tag says it's ABI-compatible with any Python 3. `cp38` means it's compatible with Python 3.8...
If PyPI feels legally obliged to remove the package, they will do, and piwheels will automatically pick up the deletion.

We don't bump the version number there until there's a new release.
It would be better to explictly choose a pin factory by setting an environment variable: ``` GPIOZERO_PIN_FACTORY=lgpio ``` https://gpiozero.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api_pins.html
Yeah that would be it! We still need to do a release with that patch.

Asking who? We configure a swapfile on builders but it's only 1GB. Maybe bumping to the RAM size will help. I'll check with @waveform80.
