Support values out of bounds

Because they are allowed by the spec.

Currently, no matter how I drag the control points, they don't go under 0 or over 100%. But according to the spec, those values are perfectly valid.

This is a good idea. I kinda paused working on this because I've been pretty busy but I think I'll start working on it again soon.
