GravityView View Gutenberg Block: "Sort Field" Accepts Only Numeric Input

The "Sort Field" in the block's "Extra Settings" should also accept strings:  That's important so people can sort by entry meta such as `date_created` and not only field IDs....

Fields that should be hidden by Page Conditional Logic are displayed and editable regardless on Edit Entry Page
