How to connect and upload using express, ngResource & nodejs

@bennadel thank you for putting up so much effort and bringing in a nice image upload package. I am new to javascript stack and struggling to find a good upload package untill I stumbled onto your git.

But I see that the backend is for coldfusion. It would be nice to see the backend and middleware all in javascript stack so that people like me can make use of your brilliant work.

Please let me know if you already have this using express, ngResource & nodejs. Many Thanks.
