Get high on your own supply
Add some sort of drug usage meter, that keeps track of your drug usage score. At some level you can overdose and die, make the overdose levels, and drug usage scores configurable with the drugs.

Why in the world would you even bother to use your own drugs? You lose out on income, and from your description, you would just end up dieing. Why even bother?

It would at least be an interesting reference to Scarface (the movie)...
You could make the drugs have effects like coke let's you travel or run faster, heroin prevents combat damage. Others drugs could have Stat boosts like MDMA raises charisma, allowing higher prices, weed could help you get through withdrawal when addicted to other drugs...
