Version 3.0.0 doesn't appear to include gulp-util in its dependency tree. Which version are you using?

After much debugging and removing of packages, I can confirm I found pace to be the source of this issue for me, too.

@FredUK Thanks for the info. In my case, I didn't want to mess with the Bootstrap base class at all, because it's being used elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I should have been clearer and said I didn't want to apply the "alert" base class at all, but rather have my own namespaced version, something...

Made PR #44 to address this and perform many other updates to get us to Django 2.2.

Seems to be breaking support for Django 1.3, where timezone doesn't exist.
