Find VMs with protection issues in a protection group

This is to find VMs that have been protected with SRM but also have unresolved issues that may be affecting their recoverability

I've just added this capability and checked it for VMs that are replicated by VR, associated with a group, but not fully protected.

I have also added some code to handle the ABR case but I have not been able to test that yet. I'll leave this issue open until I have been able to verify that this works.

This should also be extended to uncover VMs that are protected but have protection issues, e.g. unreplicated VMDK, etc.
