how to include last instance sync point in report?

Get-SrmProtectedVM tells me the status of each VM, but how do I get the last instance sync point for each VM as well that I can see in the GUI for Site Recovery for each protected VM? Also useful to include last sync duration, last sync size, and RPO, and points in time if possible.
