Added set_inside_pet method to allow this state to be configured

Added the ability to set a specific pet as "inside only" or "outside" using device_id, tag_id and new profile_id. This matches the Sure Petcare app ability to do so.

Hi - I am very new to code development and got myself in a mess tbh. Need to find time to review this. At this point i think the api is probably ok, i am trying to also modify the HA plugin to prove it.

If you have help on how to debug the api code that would help.
