The release config is at https://github.com/candy-chat/candy/blob/master/Gruntfile.js#L215-L259. Would you be able to prep a PR which releases compiled tarballs too, @zh99998?

The Intern issue appears to have been fixed in 3.0.3. This makes the devbox build very slow (compiling PhantomJS takes forever) though this should be resolved by https://github.com/candy-chat/candy/pull/418.

Seems to be only the functional tests on Safari which fail now. Not sure why yet.

If these are not necessary for the current version of Strophe that we're using, perhaps you'd be prepared to submit a pull request to that effect?

I'm actually not convinced that we use the disco plugin at all. We do use caps, however.

@anoland You'd need to follow the instructions in CONTRIBUTING.md to build Candy for yourself, clone the repository, figure out what change you want to make, make & test it, and...
