generatedata troubled when generate to excel

Hi, I am still new in php, when i try there are no problem at all, but there is one trouble, when i generate the excel can't appear the download just blank screen.. and can i ask where the place to edit logo in help session, when make row. picture below this

Hey @GreedOf7Sin, you can edit the logo here: themes/classic/sass/dialogs.scss line 189.

Regarding the Excel issue, what browser are you on? All Excel really does is output appropriate HTTP headers for your OS to recognize as Excel and boot up Excel to display the content. And do you have Excel installed on your machine?

Hmm, interesting. It's working okay for me. Perhaps it's something to do with your data set? If it's not sensitive at all, could you post a screenshot of your data set here (i.e. what you see in the script that shows how your data set is configured) - or email it to me at [email protected].
