Uncolored segments

Im having a hard time making the d3pie work properly, the segment are not created colored.

Whoever the segment color itself when there is a mouseenter/mouseover event on it.

It seems that on mouseenter/mouseover the segment is colored using segment.style("fill", color); and in create it's colored using `.attr("fille", ...)``

Wouldn't be better if all function used the same method for coloring segment, if you're ok with this I could do a pull request with uniformized method ?
