hideWhenGreaterThanPercentage is missing

Currently there is a provision for hiding labels for slices with percentage is less than a particular value, but there is no provision for hiding labels for slices with large percentage.

By this i would like to have inner label shown for slices with larger percentage and outer label for slices with very low percentage
