Refresh Rate needs to be changed (Niantic changed it from 5>10sec)

It has been changed, meaning if the app just waits the 5sec that it currently does it misses out on 50% of the Pokemon.

This makes the multi-account-login feature more needed than ever, so that you can do the scan faster (say with 3 accounts)
