Handoff to MaAsLin2

I'm having trouble with handoff to MaAsLin2 (https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/maaslin/). It seems to be an issue with my taxa table. Does anyone have a script or suggestions to fix this? Thanks very much in advance!

Reading the MAASLIN2 documentation, it seems like you can give it the taxonomic feature table as a data.frame (but that it expects the taxa to be the columns, so transposed from the orientation of the sequence table produced by dada2), and sample metadata as a data.frame. However, I don't see any way to tell MAASLIN2 about the full taxonomy table, i.e. the taxonomic assignments at each level for the taxonomic features.
