Not working in Luna

I downloaded the jar, dropped it into the plugins folder of eclipse luna on Mac OSX, restarted eclipse, but the "Add directory" option does not show up (at least I can't find it). In the installation details/plug-ins table, I do see "Directory Container" listed, but the provider info is empty.

Is it supposed to work for luna on mac? How can I make it work?
