It looks like it was able to finish? There was a temporary DB issue where a timestamp was in the wrong format, which probably is why it couldn't write the...

Sorry I think I mis-understood, it sounds like the game is technically finished but for some reason it still shows as Active? I see it listed as such 

Is this still something we want to work on?

This is a limitation in how we handle EMR steps, where a lot of backend logic gets applied when a player clicks 'buy train' when they can't raise the capital...
