The location in the URL does not work

Just back to the last location.
You can copy a location using the copy to clipboard button: https://benmaps.fr/+2.352049,48.869016/~283%20Rue%20Saint-Denis
There is a distinction between the current viewport of the map (@coords) and the selected location (+coords).
Perhaps there's a usability issue where users might want to share the map without a place selected, but in my personal use I found the current version the most intuitive. What do you think?
Ok, now I figure the usage of the two rectangles... it's absolute not obvious. Yes I think the basic usage is share a random place.
So the @ refers to the viewport location, the + to the pin location and the ~ to the search query string. Where is the problem with updating viewport, search value and pin independently into and from the url? Never assume that a user does not copy the url. I use Firefox Sync, where I would want all three things to be in the url.
