TYPO3v12.4 Custom CKEditor Buttons missing

Description

The following externalPlugins are missing in the RTE Interface:

• bootstrappackage_address
• bootstrappackage_box
• bootstrappackage_columns
• bootstrappackage_indent
• bootstrappackage_table

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install & Setup fresh TYPO3v12
2. Install & Setup bootstrap_package
3. Add Content Type Text to a Page and look at edtior

Expected behavior

The Buttons appear

Actual behavior

The Buttons do not appear

• typo3/cms-core v12.4.2
• bk2k/bootstrap-package 14.0.2

Console output regarding missing pageBreak and insertImage toolbar items.
