Items settings inheritance

Right now, when creating a new sub-collection, it seems the only item setting that's copied from the parent collection is the "Display items in a" setting. However, more often than not, you'd like the sub-collection to share all items settings as the parent collection. Therefore, when creating a new collection, the items settings values should probably default to the parent's values. This would be especially useful for the "Default template applied to items" setting
