URL no longer works on new Web client

On version 3.10, Extended codes no longer activate in the way specified.

There is now an "Activate Offline Subscription" and a "Install Custom Extension" text field. Entering the URL in either results in an error. Please look into it!

As far as I know, the updated version of Standard Notes removes the ability to install extensions via repositories, and deliberately fails to install official extensions. Non-official extensions can still be installed individually. I've successfully installed official extensions by modifying the identifier key to be prefixed by anything other than org.standardnotes, such as org.notsostandardnotes
