Hey, I really don't know what I'm talking about, but assuming it's the same issue there was recently with PoB not importing character due to some GGG update. Here's PoB patch notes that solved it (may point in the direction of the issue, I don't know)

This can be fixed in settings by overriding your account name to include the discriminator
this doesnt work for me, anyone confirm this works? been since november :(

fix for this issue is using following account name override: yourAccontName%23numbers for example yourAccountName#1234 would be yourAccontName%231234
i have not touched code for some time, I don't know if/when would be updated version because google changed a lot of requirements which i'm not knowlegable enough

It worked for me when I set the override name like outlined above (# replaced with %23). Click save and then close the looty tab and reopen it. It didn't work if I kept the tab open.
