Following instruction and step 1 does not work. List is nowhere to be found!

Click the Audience tab. Mailchimp changed their UI unfortunately... https://...mailchimp.com/audience/

I should update the README when I get a chance.

I found the Mailchimp Endpoint on this page using the new Mailchimp UI, just FYI in case anyone else is trying to find it:

https://us7.admin.mailchimp.com/lists/integration/embeddedcode

Chances are 'us7' is some URL part that changes between users, so in short from the Mailchimp dashboard you can find the page here:

Audience tab -> Signup Forms -> Embedded forms
