Connection issue

I have setup cloud mysql backup in our environment which consists of develop (on our own k8s), staging/production on digital ocean.

On our k8s, it works like a treat! On digital ocean, I am getting this error: "Database backup FAILED for at . Error: mysqldump: Got error: 2002: 'Can't connect to MySQL server on '' (115)' when trying to connect".

Have you run into an issue like this before?

NTW - this turned out to be a permission issue.
