[suggestion] Move plugin menu to Page Action

Make use of page action and plugin pages to declutter the OkCupid pages and allow for a cleaner plugin interface.

Definitely a good idea, at least for a settings page and some of the less-used functionality. Of course, all the augmentations and most-used visuals should remain on the page, like re-adding pagination, or showing category match bars.
