Implement notes

As mentioned in #76, okcupid has turned off notes support. So the work around from #24 that the oknotes extension also used no longer works.

Instead it has to be built entirely into an extension (and stored use local datastore). This is a feature request to do that when someone has the cycles. The main functionality I think it would have would be the following:

  • ability to add notes for a user
  • notes visible in profile
  • notes visible under user other lists (favorites, messaging, etc)

This is great. The plugin now requests unlimited storage, so this is actually doable.
