Replace tickboxes with customisable tags.

The current checkboxes are hardcoded. It would be useful if you could tag people using customised tags. I don't know if something similar to RES (http://www.dailydot.com/society/reddit-enhancement-suite-res-guide/#usernametagger) would be a good idea or having the ability to create global tags, which you then apply to profiles. It would certainly be useful if this could be displayed other places on the site when you see a profile (maybe on the profile picture popup display, so only when you hover over the thumbnail).

It would also be useful to be able to apply different behaviours to tags, like fading profiles.

I think this should be separate from a notes feature, which would be a free-form text section. Maybe add the notes feature first and then replace the current fixed tags with the customisable global tags? Do you want a separate issue for the free-form notes?
