added basic add and remove item using simple input

Hello. I really liked your video on youtube and the basic app you have done in flux. So simple to understand. I forked your example and added some basic add and remove items using data stores. Give it a go and if possible, create another youtube video for this. I will try to add more components which will listen to same store. Also will add some server side requests in stores using Mongodb or localstore to add and remove items to the database. It should end up in a simple TODO example for people who want to learn flux ;)
