interval issue

My sample interval was set to 1 while profiling a new gluster installation. When parsing the output with the analysis tool it prints the following warning "WARNING: in sample 12 brick 629 the sample interval 3 deviates from expected value 1" a few hundred times.

Is this simply a warning and the parsing tool is compensating or is this skewing my results? Specifically I want to know if this affects the MBps measurements?
