extracting client perf traces fails due to missing interval / sampling record in log

running extract-gl-client-prof.py fails with Integer conversions. This is because the scripts the first line to contain to numbers, the sample count and the sample interval. In the current version of gvp-client.sh this is not added.

Daniel, did you ever get a resolution to this problem? If you have the working version, could you either submit a PR or send me the version of gvp-client.sh that works and I'll put it in myself. Thx -ben
