Feature description

We should generate a documentation version of the website for every Processing release. This will ensure that even if users are on an older version of Processing, they can still access the documentation pages of that version.

Benefits

This will benefit users by having always accurate documentation and not just the latest. If something in core changes they won't be seeing incorrect information.

Possible challenges

If we integrate version numbers in the website I think we will make it more complex for users to understand
